How do I pay for my ad?
Come and Get It accepts PayPal and Stripe and credit card is included in both options.
Can I list anything on Come and Get It?
No, some items will definitely not be allowed. Items like drugs, weapons, alcohol, pornography, used cosmetics, tobacco, lottery tickets, fireworks, hazardous materials, counterfeit products, surveillance equipment and anything else that is generally considered illegal.
However, there is a long list of categories to choose from for your product. Carefully choose the category and subcategory closest to your product.
How to get the most out of your listing
1. Title
Keep it short, precise and use the keywords that someone would search to find your product. For example, if you have Baby Capsule don’t just call it a Capsule because you have selected the Baby & Children Category. Call it a Baby Capsule.
2. New or Used
This is important for those considering your product so this is a ‘required’ field which means you must select one or the other to move forward with your listing.
3. Description
Include as much specific information about your product as possible e.g. Baby Capsule as new, has been used for 1 baby for 6 months only. Keep your information concise and easily readable. No one has time to read essays.
4. Features
The features are set out in bullet points to help collectors get as much information about your product quickly. You can include brand, make, model, size, colour and style if possible. It would also be good to include age of the product if applicable. Bullet points are easy for people to scan quickly to see if your product meets with their requirements. Include as many as possible.
5. Images
Images are very important for your item/items to be collected fast. Include as many images as allowed in your Package (see Packages). Images will help you connect with your collectors faster and make it easier to reach more people who may be interested in your products.
Best sizes for images:
- Recommended image size to (870×493) px
- Image maximum size 10 MB.
- Allowed image type (png, jpg, jpeg)
If you aren’t sure how to resize or change the format of your images and you don’t use Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator, there are some easy options for you. Canva is a free-to-use online graphic design platform. Canva offers all this and more for a free subscription and you can edit your images, change the size and format very easily before you upload them here.

Upload your images and check if they look good. If not, you can change them.
6. Videos:
Get your product collected faster by adding a video. Keep it short and showcase your item especially if you are explaining how something works. Use a Vimeo or YouTube URL only.
7. Contact Details
Ensure all your contact details are correct and always select how you prefer your ‘collector’ to contact you. Phone, SMS, Email or WhatsApp – you choose.
